Backup add-on

The Backup add-on helps you manage your dating site's database directly from the control panel of the site.

This is what you can do:

-create backups of your database tables (and you get to select the tables that you want to backup)
-restore database from backups
-optimise and repair the data.

Please note that if you want to save the uploaded files as well, you will need to create a backup copy of the directories inside /uploads/, as the database only stores the paths to objects like photos, videos and audio files.
